I’m interested in hearing stories from affiliates on how they are being treated in the NZ affiliate market.

Sometimes big affiliate networks are the hardest to deal with as they just don’t allow for communication with ‘the small guy’.

This was how it used to be with the affiliate market internationally a few years back, then the market realised that it needed to look after the little guy as put together they made up a good way for an affiliate program to do well.

Just last week I was given the impression by an affiliate network working in NZ (they did not know that I run affiliateprograms.co.nz) that they didn’t really care what my opinion or grievance was with the way they treated me.

They just didn’t think I was a big enough affiliate for them to bother with anything other than an auto-generated response plus the odd terse email added in to responsd to my growing annoyance with their lack of customer service.

Anyone guess who it was?
