affiliateprograms	I’m interested in hearing what other people are using as their payment options through affiliate programs in New Zealand. PayPal doesn’t seem to be as common in the programs around NZ as is it in the international affiliate programs. I get that it’s easier for some companies here to complete direct bank transfers as they are easy within NZ but which is the most common? What are your preferences?
